I pursued a career in show business for several years before giving my live over to the Lord.  I began me career on the stage as a musical theater performer and a nightclub singer.  Upon arriving in Los Angeles, I appeared in several television commercials as well as guest appearances in situation comedies and film.  As a vocalist, I have performed in nightclubs in the San Francisco and Los Angeles areas as well as traveling to Canada and Japan with Top 40 bands.

My personal relationship with Jesus has led me on a journey of healing and restoration in overcoming a very destructive lifestyle, which I led during my years in show business.  This lifestyle left me with a long list of hearbreaks; a child given up for adoption, an abortion, a miscarriage and three marriages.  My out of control life included alcohol and drug abuse, and always looking for love in all the wrong places.  This ultimately led me into years of depression, which nearly ended my life.  For 10 years, I searched for a way out---self-help treatments, diet, exercise, psychotherapy and anti-depressants, but to no avail.  Finally I surrendered everything over to Jesus Christ, embraced God’s truth in His Word and received the power of the Holy Spirit.  Only then when I embraced the healing, I received the peace that only God can bring.  This allowed me to escape the madness of my life and experience victory through Jesus Christ.

I stand on God’s promise in the verse found in 2 Chronicles &: 14---“If my people, which are called by name, shall humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven. And will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”  When put into practice I found God’s promise to be true.  My third marriage was restored and is now 17 years old; I was delivered from a 10-year dependency on anti-depressant drugs.  Restoration was granted to me by replacing my children lost to abortion and miscarriage through the birth of my two sons, David and Scott; and finally, after 21 years, I was reunited with my daughter, Courtney, whom I gave up for adoption.  All that sin tried to destroy in my life but God gave back to me.

My live serves as an example of how God can take an abused and broken person and make a new creation through Christ Jesus.  Now it has become my desire to share my story, along with the music God has blessed me with during this time of healing---to bring hope and encouragement to others through the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
